Welcome to BabyBinge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BabyBinge mobile application and related services ("Service"). BabyBinge is operated by BabyBinge GmbH, registered in Frankfurt, Germany.
By creating an account or using BabyBinge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
BabyBinge is designed for children aged 0–5. All content is created with child safety as the highest priority.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create a BabyBinge account. Accounts are created by parents or legal guardians on behalf of their children. Children do not create or manage their own accounts.
By creating a child profile, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and that you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may sign in using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
BabyBinge offers three subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Additional minute packs are available as one-time purchases.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of your app store.
Episodes are generated using artificial intelligence and reviewed through a 5-layer safety pipeline. All content is designed to be age-appropriate, educational, and free from violence, fear, or inappropriate themes.
You may not use BabyBinge to:
Avatars are created using text-based prompts only. BabyBinge never collects, stores, or processes photographs or biometric data of any kind. Avatar designs are stored securely and used exclusively within your family's episodes.
You may delete any avatar at any time. Deletion is instant and permanent.
Generated episodes and storybooks are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within your family. You may share episodes via the in-app sharing feature.
BabyBinge retains ownership of the underlying AI models, rendering pipeline, templates, music library, and all platform technology.
Text prompts you provide for avatar creation and episode generation are processed by our AI systems. Prompts are stored securely and associated with your account. You may delete all prompts by deleting your data from Settings.
Prompts that violate our safety guidelines will be rejected automatically. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
BabyBinge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabyBinge GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BabyBinge GmbH, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
For EU residents: you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
